[Opensymphony-oscache] Cache-154

As expected, when updating to the fixed version for Cache-154, All my 
exceptions are replaced with warnings:

WARN 
com.opensymphony.oscache.plugins.clustersupport.JavaGroupsBroadcastingListener 
- Notification bus wasn't initialized or finialize was invoked before!

I'll do a little debugging to try and determine whether or not it's the 
former or latter reason for bus being null.  Either reason seems a 
little troubling really though.
