I don't quite understand why you are talking about cache keys. I mean the intention seems clear to me (and I have the same requirement with my webapp): It would be nice and important IMO to have to standard and safe way to prohibit that content, which contains jsessionids (e.g. links generated by response.encodeUrl) is cached within application scope. Currently this happens just so easy and the result is a disaster.

Issues 120 and issue 67 address this issue. The first one seems like a small feature with little effort (unfortunately it has been marked as incomplete).
