We don't provide any specific support for OJB so and integration would be provided by them. Performance depends completely on your specific application. OSCache only provides coordinated flushing not replication, so while it may be faster than many other clustered caches it may not be suitable for several use cases. If you post more detailed questions, I would be happy to help.
