[Opensymphony-oscache] Cache configuration/setup and accesability by different WebApplications

Maybe you can store the information in a database and setup up a cluster configuration. All web application can read the information out of the database, use the same cache keys and the administration web application can flush the entries. But I don't know if you can set up a cluster in the same JVM and same web container.
