[Opensymphony-oscache] Where to place oscache.propertise file in EJB Project??

Hello, Anybody have any idea where to place oscache.properties in a EJB Project.? I can add jar files to the lib. It won't let you add a a text file to the lib. And it doesn't have any classpath directory as such in WEB Projects. Could you advise me where to place this file in the EJB Project. What other precautions I should to take As I am planning to cache normal Java Objects not JSP or Servlets. I did't find any docuementation to proceed for normal Java Objects other than JSPs. Can somebody suggest me some tips or point me to a URL ?
