[Opensymphony-oscache] cache files will not write

I'm just a little skeptical about that solution, because a) it generated Java errors, so there's probably more to it than just changing that line in our properties file, and b) we have it working on several other servers with the original settings I have posted.

The point at which it stopped working for us is when we switched to CFusionMX7.   Which makes the problem likely in that direction, but regardless, we still need to find a way to make it work.  

Anyone have any other suggestions, or things to try?
