I would also like to get it working with the currently implemented blocking mode, but I don't see how we could enforce that the locks are obtained in the same order, because the threads and transactions are managed via the J2EE container. So if we solve this inside oscache, I see no other option but going for the 3rd "no blocking at all" mode. Btw I am a bit surprised that I am the first one that encounters this problem. I assumed that we used oscache in a pretty standard way. Shouldnt anyone who has multiple threads filling the cache and using it in an appserver run into this problem? If we decide to solve this issue inside oscache I will submit a patch for it to oscache. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted via Jive Forums http://forums.opensymphony.com/thread.jspa?threadID=6334&messageID=14350#14350
