Andres, you started some 2.2 issues and they are still in progress. Are they fixed or can the progress stopped to move them to a 2.2.1 or 2.3 release? CACHE-12, CACHE-117, ... can be moved to an other release. Should we rename release 2.3 to 3.0 and adding a release 2.2.1? It would be great if we can schedule 2.2 soon.
