RE: [Opensymphony-oscache] How to release a release candidate of OSCache?

Ok, I suck.  I will fix the build since a rollback will be worse.  I
will do it tonight.  If you want to give it a try before then, I would
appreciate any head start.  My comments are below.

Don't know but if the build.xml doesn't refer to it then it is not used.
