Cache updates

If we were to implement a JDBC PersistenceListener in a clustered
environment could we customise OSCache to provide an updateable cache,
where if one node updates a cache entry, it can flush that cache entry
as part of the update process, and then the other nodes could retrieve
the updated cache entry from the database, rather than having to
recreate the cache entry themselves - in our app this would mean
executing transactions on our mainframe system.

Tom Harris
