oscache and velocity problem with encoding

Hi,

   I have found this topic via $subj in an archive, but there is no solution. I 
have problem with saving pages generated by velocity by oscache and their 
encoding. Text written directly in velocity templates is in utf-8, but saved 
pages in cache are in windows-1250 and this conversion makes problem with 
rendering my resultant document and his showing in browser.
