Issue with multi cast address

Hello all, I am using oscache as teh caching tool in my app. My application is clustered in app server (weblogic, websphere). I use multi cast thing that oscache provides, as the communication protocol between servers. Even thought each developer use different multicast address, I noticed that my app hangs for long time due to multicast thing. When I restart my machine it works fine. Does anyone else has the same problem? Is it because multicast address not unbound even after shutting down the server?
