I don't care one way or the other on WW-1018 as long as it's automatically managed by the ActionMapper... I don' think it is though, and I wouldn't want to see any special handling to support this in a one-off fashion for validation files. My personal feeling is that validations, like interceptor stacks, are pretty significant config changes and if you need different validations, you should set up a different action config.
