getText does not load chinese UTF-8 correctly

Hi,

I am using WW 2.1.6 on linux Fedora Core 4, Tomcat 5.5.x

Our ApplicationResources_zh.properties file contains chinese characters in UTF-8.
If reading the file directly (from within Action method) then the text is fine.
However when using getText method it returns garbage. Same happends on JSP -
using <ww:text .... returns garbage.

Is there any setting that I might have missed while configuring the system, or do I have to
upgrade to the latest version of WebWork? Will it actually work in the WW 2.2.2?
