If your question is: will WW be completely erased once Struts2 will go
live, then the obvious answer is no. The project will still exist, but
there will be no further releases.

All developer efforts are now into making Struts2 a better version of
both WW and Struts1.

Unfortunately, only these efforts are not enough. Struts2 will need
testers, people that would contribute documentation, etc.

Can we guarantee a Struts2 release? Probably not like in "cross my
heart, hope to die...", but as I said people are actively working on
it, trying to make it stable, better, etc.
