Sorry for bumping my own topic but the software has gone live now and this issue is causing us more problems than we expected. Are there any alternatives to using this interceptor? The situation is that if the page is slow to respond then the agent will press the button again. This cause problems with duplicate entries for applications. So we tried to use this interceptor to detect the extra press and proceed to the correct page as if it had only been pressed once. But we came across the limitation described in my first post. The normal token interceptor is not really usable here as we require uninterupted flow. Can anyone think of a short term solution to this until we can investigate the fault/limitation with the token-session interceptor? Thanks, Martin. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted via Jive Forums http://forums.opensymphony.com/thread.jspa?threadID=53319&messageID=109183#109183 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
