Security Implementation for Template (VM) or JSP

Hi All,

I implement a template for velocity or JSP in the under /tomcat/webapps/project/module

but i think we must move to WEB-INF or something, so no one can see the code of my template, if the JSP, the error not shown when someone execute http://localhost:8080/project/module/xxx.jsp

anyone can help? 

my question is:
1. how to implement template in WW/S2, but the template is under /WEB-INF
