I cannot start up

Hi,I may not express clearly myself in English ,I hope you can understand me.

I followed the  WebWork - QuickStart.I open a command prompt to the root directory of 
webwork-2.2.4 distribution,then I execute:
 java -jar webwork-2.2.4.jar quickstart:showcase
But it responses nothing,and I open FireFox to the URI:http://localhost:8080/showcase,I also get a message for wrong URI.

My webwork directory structrue is same as the QuickStart assume excepth that there is no launcher.jar,but the directory is right the directory after I unzip the webwork-2.2.4.zip.

Where am I wrong?
