I have seen this before.  Try and reinstall the flash player.

No, IE downloads the html, but it's not able to download the .swf and
try forever (no fail, no error, nothing happen!).

The same problem seems to occur on IIS and macromedia Flash remote
server. I'm trying this

(Some people says it's a deadlock between flash plugin and IE on the
certificate)
