We need to find the appropriate place to add a new header to the  
outgoing request to Flash in cookies are not available.  The header  
is called "ReplaceGatewayUrl" and when send Flash will use that new  
url for the remoting calls.  The value we pass there must be the  
Gateway URL with the sessions name and ID within it.

Does anyone know where to start in OpenAMF?
