Did you try MTASC's "-mx" option for compiling? This option will
prevent you from needing to "correct" problems with many of
Macromedia's components.

I have also heard that people have been going in and "correcting" the
Remoting code to make it compile in MTASC, but I haven't seen a list
of changes.
