Equivalent Objects Removed from Response

I'm am using openamf with Tomcat + Spring. There is a strange issue. 
When multiple method calls are in the same remoting request and a call's 
return value contains objects equivalent to objects returned in the 
other calls, only equal objects in the first call are returned to flash. 
The others are null. The server logs show that all objects are being 
serialized.
