[VOTE] TomEE Quartz Shade 2.5.0

Hi folks,

I have posted a first release candidate for the updated Quartz Shade in Version 2.5.0

The SVN repo was migrated and I moved the dependencies towards the new (now maintained) Quartz scheduler.
