New PMC member: Markus Jung

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache TomEE
is delighted to announce that Markus Jung has joined the PMC!

Markus has been a committer and contributor to the TomEE project and has contributed across the board 
- from updating dependencies to implementing features, as well as submitting patches, assisting with several releases or helping out on the user list or issue tracker. 
He's also active in the wider EE ecosystem, including contributions to Apache Johnzon, Apache BVal, and JSF/PrimeFaces. 

Markus is a helpful voice on our mailing lists and a driving force in keeping things moving :)
We’re excited to have him on the PMC and look forward to his continued contributions.

The PMC - Project Management Committee - manages and guides the
direction of the project, and is responsible for inviting new
committers and PMC members to steward the longevity of the project.
