[PR] Add required ASF policy links to footer [tomee-site-gen erator]

   The TomEE website is failing 6 of 9 ASF website policy checks (https://whimsy.apache.org/site/):
   
   - Foundation link (missing)
   - Events (missing)
   - License (missing as a link)
   - Thanks (missing)
   - Sponsorship (missing)
   - Privacy (You do have a link to the correct privacy policy from *your* privacy page, but the ASF policy requires a full link to the main foundation privacy policy from the front page also. So now you have both.)
   
   Adds the standard ASF policy links row to the bottom footer.
