Re: TomEE 10.3.x?

I'd like to hear more voices from the community on this before actually 
doing that switch, but in the meantime you can create a PR that bumps 
the version on the tomee-10.x branch to 10.3.0-SNAPSHOT so I can merge 
that. Should probably be as easy as running mvn versions:set 
-DnewVersion=10.3.0-SNAPSHOT
