Request for help with a TomEE Plus Start-up Resource Exception

Hello Team,

This is my first email to the TomEE user mailing list.

I'm very new to TomEE Plus and I encountered an NPE during the start-up of
an old JSF 2.0 webapp.

I first posted the issue in detail here
