Arquillian TomEE 9.0 Embedded Exception

I have tried to add tomee support to my Jakarta EE 9 starter template
project.

But the tests against tomee embedded always failed.

[org.apache.myfaces.webapp.StartupServletContextListener]
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/sun/faces/application/ValueBindingValueExpressionAdapter


I added tomee-mojara does not help.
