[ANN] Apache TomEE 11.0.0-M1

The Apache TomEE team is pleased to announce the first milestone release =
of Apache TomEE 11.0.0-M1.=20

Apache TomEE delivers enterprise application containers and services =
based on, but not limited to the Enterprise JavaBeans Specification and =
Java/Jakarta Enterprise Edition Specifications.

This is the first milestone release of TomEE 11, targeting Jakarta EE 11 =
and MicroProfile 7.1. Thanks to everyone who contributed code to make =
this happen.=20

We would also like to highlight and give a shout-out to all our =
volunteers who have been doing the hard work for EE 11, which is also =
being done across all our upstream dependencies such as Tomcat, OWB, =
CXF, MyFaces, and others.
