For windows there is no script to stop the server
clean.(Not strg+c).
Is there any script ??

In the 0.7.4 release of openjms the following server 
management scripts will be available in the 
$OPENJMS_HOME/bin directory:

. openjms.bat/.sh
  main script for starting/stopping/administering 
openjms
. startup.bat/.sh
  starts OpenJMS in a new window, by invoking 'openjms 
start'
. shutdown.bat/.sh
  stops OpenJMS, by invoking 'openjms stop'
. admin.bat/.sh
  starts the administration tool by invoking 'openjms 
admin'

These are currently available in CVS.

In the meantime, you can run:
> admin.bat -config <config path> -stopServer
