Summary: Incorrect default delivery mode

Initial Comment:
Default delivery mode is persistent(=2),
and openjms sets it to nonpersistent(=1).
This breaks JORAM tests - testJMSDeliveryMode:

    createSender(q).getDeliveryMode() != 1

and testDurableSubscriber:

    pubCon = createTopicConnection()
    pubSes = pubCon.createTopicSession(false, 
AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE)
    pub = pubSes.createPublisher(t)
    m = pubSes.createTextMessage("test")
    pub.publish(m)
    subCon = createTopicConnection()
    subSes = subCon.createTopicSession(false, 
AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE)
    sub = subSes.createDurableSubscriber(t, "t")
    subCon.start()
    sub.receive(30000)      // should return non-null
