Summary: Refactor the MessageCache

Initial Comment:
Refactor the MessageCache so that it handles both 
message handles and messages. This will remove some 
of the code in the ConsumerEndpoint and 
DestinationCache classes.

Look at some of the caching algorithms in excalibur to 
see whether we can make use of them in OpenJMS
