JMS CTS on the move

The Java Message Service Compliance Test Suite project (JMS CTS)
is moving to a new home.
In short, the JMS CTS is a test harness for verifying the compliance of
JMS implementations with the JMS specification.

It is currently hosted in the OpenJMS CVS repository
(see http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/openjms/openjmstests/),
but will be migrated into a new standalone project at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jmscts/.

I'll make a general announcement when the move is complete, and the
website is up and running.
