Initial Comment:
When 2 or more durable consumers acknowledge the 
same message simultaneously, 
MessageHandles.removeMessageHandle() will sometime 
log errors like:

21:53:26.549 ERROR [RMI TCP Connection(8)-
192.168.0.220] 
org.exolab.jms.persistence.MessageHandles - Failed to 
delete the message with id=ID:541fa400-b83f-1004-
812b-3fa83a479906 in a call to removeMessageHandle.

This occurs when there are no more consumers of the 
message left - removeMessageHandles() tries to remove 
the associated message, and logs an error if no row is 
removed.
This is not an error condiation - the log should be 
changed from ERROR to DEBUG.
