Hi all, Disclaimer: I'm one of the Proxool developers :) I notice that you have dropped Proxool in favour of DBCP for 0.7.6 because "the latest versions of Proxool require JDK 1.3". That was sort of correct at the time - we had to provide some patches to support JDK 1.2 and we stated that we wouldn't be supporting it beyond Proxool 1.0. But that is no longer the case. We have just released Proxool 0.8.0 and, using cglib's proxy code and a couple of other changes, we are now able to support JDK1.2 and later straight out of the box. We will continue support for JDK1.2 for ever^H^H^H^Hfor the foreseeable future. Whether you choose to use Proxool is up to you, but I just thought you'd like to know. If I can provide any help with integrating Proxool into OpenJMS then let me know. Good luck with the 0.7.6 release!
