RE: Proxool and OpenJMS

In 0.7.5 and earlier, Tyrex was the default connection
pool, with Proxool provided as an (experimental?) alternative.

At this stage, there is no compelling reason to switch from
commons-dbcp to proxool (more work, no time), but proxool's
monitoring features could be useful in future for performance
tweaking.
