Summary: Garbage Collection docs misleading

Initial Comment:
The GC docs should state that it is the lease manager, 
configured via <LeaseManagerConfiguration/>, which is 
responsible for cleaning out expired messages.

It should also be updated to remove references to the 
GC attributes of <DatabaseConfiguration/> which will be 
removed as part of the fix for bug 816895 - Exception in 
purgeMessages

This is no longer applicable.
LeaseManagerConfiguration has been removed as per bug 
832157 (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?
func=detail&aid=832157&group_id=54559&atid=474136).
The GC attributes of <DatabaseConfiguration/> were 
removed as part of the fix to bug 816895
