To reproduce:
. copy attached code to 
$OPENJMS_HOME/src/examples/openjms/examples/clie
nt/console/
. change JmsServerSession.receiveMessage() to log all 
exceptions
. run a single instance of Client2:
  > examples.bat client.console.Client2
. run multiple (~6) instances of Client1
  > examples.bat client.console.Client1
. periodically kill and restart each Client1 instance

Eventually, a stack trace similar to the following will be 
logged:
