openjms status update

I'm back in the office briefly, so I intend to
get a 0.7.6 bug fix release out on Friday next week (7/5).
It will be named 0.7.6.1.

So far, I've fixed:
. 921517 - TCP JNDI InitialContext using static variables for obj. 
. 938163 - Session not removing producers
. 945783 - Runtime exceptions generated by MessageQueue
. 945785 - NullPointerException using async delivery, selectors, queue

Fixes are checked in on the openjms_0_7_6_maint branch.

I'll also look at fixing:
. 891758 - OpenJMS with Firebird

If you think there is anything missing from this list,
reply to the list ASAP.

The 0.7.7 release is a few months off, and due to 
parenthood may be delayed further still. As a result,
its possible that more than one 0.7.6 bugfix release
will be needed.
