Summary: Deprecate JmsAdminServerIfc.purgeMessages()

Initial Comment:
The JmsAdminServerIfc.purgeMessages() method should
be deprecated, as message purging is handled
automatically:
. the server purges expired messages on startup
. messages are removed when they are consumed
. messages are removed as they expire
