Initial Comment:
OpenJMS 0.7.6 is failing the 
StreamMessageTest.testIncrementalReadBytes test 
case provided by JMSCTS 0.5-b2, with the following 
error:

 Expected readBytes to throw MessageEOFException, 
 but returned count=-1  
    at junit.framework.Assert.fail(Assert.java:47)
    at 
org.exolab.jmscts.test.message.stream.StreamMessageT
est.testIncrementalReadBytes
(StreamMessageTest.java:680)
