Summary: Network cable disconnect does not deregister client

Initial Comment:
When the network connection to the server goes down, 
clients will generate an onException event.
The clients are able to reconnect, when the server is 
reachable again.

This is true, when the server is switched off for example.
But, when I unplug the network cable on the client, the 
event is still generated, but when the client tries to 
reconnect, an exception is logged, that the client is 
already registered. This of course only for durable 
subscriptions.
So, the clients will not be able to reconnect, until the 
server or the client is stopped once. (If the client is 
stopped, the server seems to get informed, that the 
subscriber is gone, by the TCP stack)

Funny also, that after the reconnect, when the clients 
can not register, there is an error message in the client 
logfile, that it recieved a message for a closed 
connection. (But connection.start() does not work to 
reactivate it)

Is it possible, whenever a client tries to subscribe 
(durable), to check the state of the tcp connection on 
the server and dump it, if it is bad, and then allow the 
subscriber to subscribe ?
