Summary: JmsServer : constructor bug

Initial Comment:
The "org.exolab.jms.server.JmsServer" constructor has
two forms : one with a String parameter (which is ok,
used often) but the one with a Configuration parameter
maybe need one more line to set the _config to
something different of "null"

I've just copy paste this line to the end of the
constructor and it works :
_config = ConfigurationManager.getConfig();
