Initial Comment: Ok, here is the narrative of the thing: OpenJMS Initial Satate: Idle, for more then 15 hrs, last time it was used it feeled slower than usual. 4 threads publishing 2500 persistent messages each at the same time, to the same topic (Topic A). 1 consumer waiting to read persistent messages on Topic B. Using MySQL. After some seconds, of the 4 threads had started, and before they have finished, a consumer started, this was suposed to receive persistant messages from Topic A, modify them and publish them in a multithreaded (10 threads) fashion to Topic B. But it didnt worked !!! It only works when Topic A consumer is plugged before the 4 publishing threads had started. Wel... Is this a Bug or I'm just doing something wrong, I'm using durable subscriptions btw. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Tim Anderson (tanderson) Date: 2005-08-31 16:10 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=557161 Closing this. It is a programming error to use multiple producers/consumers on a single Session from multiple threads. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Tim Anderson (tanderson) Date: 2004-06-30 12:07 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=557161 Make sure each Session instance is only being accessed by a single thread of control.
