A problem with create TopicSession

In my program, when hava get the TopicConnection,And I want to get the
TopicSession,an exception cause:

And my code is:
		topicConnection = factory.createTopicConnection();
		
		topicConnection.start();

		TopicSession topicSession = topicConnection.createTopicSession(false,
				Session.AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE);
The exception happen at the third line:
      TopicSession topicSession = topicConnection.createTopicSession(false,
				Session.AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE);
