how to use JmsQueueConnectionConsumer?

I am googling for days to find a piece of information on implementing 
multiple consumers for queue. 
I think that using multiple consumers for queue will improve performance 
that is why I am trying to find a clue on this. 

Should I use JmsQueueConnectionConsumer to implement multiple consumers? 
Is there anyone who had implemented a similar thing?
