Administrator api can't delete Queue

Hello!
When I use openjms(version 0.7.6, schema:rmi, database:oracle9.0)
Administrator api delete the Queue which I created,
jmsAdmin.removeDestination(queueName) the openjms server throws Exception
:
can't delete the administrated destination ,..queueName=true...
since there are 1 active endpoints.
why and how to sovle this problem . any help is appericated!
