Yes. You can embed OpenJMS by constructing a JmsServer:
(http://openjms.sourceforge.net/apidocs/org/exolab/jms/server/JmsServer.html
)

You can stop the server via an instance of JmsAdminServerIfc, created
via AdminConnectionFactory:
