Try invoking maven like so

maven -Dmaven.test.skip -Dmaven.castor.fork

that will get rid of the problem with the test.

With regards to the downloading of the jcert, jsse and jnet... try  
following the instructions (go download them yourself and place them  
in the maven repository - probably in C:\WINNT\Profiles\EdiLocal 
\.maven\repository\jsse\jars and they should be called  
'jcert-1.0.3.jar jnet-1.0.3.jar  jsse-1.0.3.jar').

The thing is that due to legal reasons maven cannot download these  
files automatically.
