Losing published messages with 0.7.7-alpha-1?

I had been using 0.7.6.1 for a while. I upgraded to 0.7.7-alpha-1 last week when I noticed the deadlocks in my application were caused by the topicSubscriber.close() calls.

Since then, I am losing non persistent published messages in a random fashion. Anybody have this problem?
